AH-HP-W1 Internally Illuminated Heliport Wind Cone
An aerodrome shall be equipped with at least one wind cone as wind direction indicator.
The flood light for illumination is inside wind sock, it will rotate together with windsock too.
One obstruction light on top for aircraft warning.
